Mimicy — last updated 5 September 2026

Mimicy is a free multiplayer hide-and-seek game. By playing it you agree to what follows. If you do not, please do not play.

Who may play

You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 13. If you sign in with Google or Discord, you must also be old enough to hold that account under their rules.

Your account

• You may play as a guest or sign in with Google or Discord. Either way you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Choose a display name that is not abusive, impersonating, or unlawful. We may change or remove a name that is.
• Progress, coins and cosmetics have no monetary value, cannot be bought or sold, and may be reset if a fault requires it.

How to behave

Mimicy is played with other people, including strangers and children. Do not:

• harass, threaten, or abuse other players, in chat, in a name, or in paint;
• draw or write anything sexual, hateful, or illegal;
• cheat, automate play, or modify the client to gain an advantage;
• attack the service — flooding, exploiting, or interfering with other players' games;
• attempt to identify or track other players.

We may remove content, end a session, or block an account that does these things. Hosts may also remove players from their own lobbies.

What you make

Paint you apply to your own character stays yours. You give us permission to show it to other players in your game and to store it for as long as that session lasts, which is what makes the game work.

What we promise, and what we do not

Mimicy is provided as it is, free, with no warranty. It may be unavailable, lose progress, or change. We do not promise it will be fit for any particular purpose, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You may stop playing at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, or where we have to.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did, and continuing to play after that means accepting the new version.
