This says exactly what Mimicy collects and why. It is short because the game collects little.
No account is created and we ask for nothing about you. Your browser keeps, on your own device:
mimicy.guest-token).Clearing your browser storage removes all of it. None of it identifies you.
We ask those services only for what is needed to know who you are:
openid email profile;identify email.From that we store your account id at that provider, your name, your email address, your avatar image URL, and the tokens that keep you signed in. Beside it we store your level, experience and coins so your progress follows you between devices. We do not read your contacts, your files, your servers, or anything else, and we never see your password.
When Mimicy is played on crazygames.com or in the CrazyGames app and you are logged in to a CrazyGames account, CrazyGames tells us your CrazyGames user id, username and avatar image URL, and we store those beside your level, experience and coins so your progress follows your CrazyGames account. Your username and avatar are refreshed from CrazyGames each time you play. We receive no email address and no password from CrazyGames. If you are not logged in there, you play as a guest exactly as described above, and CrazyGames may keep your progress on their side for you. CrazyGames' own use of your data is covered by their privacy policy.
Your position, pose, paint, display name and chat messages are sent to our server and to the other players in your game — that is the game. They are held in memory for the life of the room and are not written to our database or kept after the room closes.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers in the game.
Account data is kept while your account exists. Sign-in sessions expire on their own. Game state disappears when the room does.
You can play entirely as a guest and give us nothing. If you have signed in, you may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Write to mesadogames@gmail.com and we will act within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Mimicy is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly keep data from them. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will remove it.
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
